Description of Concept:
The prepared/leather covered components are inserted into the device and fixed securely by carrier part receivers and supported in the leather covered areas for the after press process.

The carrier part receivers are milled of aluminium and have temperature borings and -channels. The moulds are heated and cooled by a temperature equalization system with cooling aggregate.
After inserting of component or components, the membrane foil is laid manually over the components and locked.
Vacuum is released and controlled during the complete process. The negative pressure can be adjusted.  
The activating station with integrated cooling station is swivelled manually and locked.
The  joint temperature is controlled and adjusted by an integrated sensing device which is covered with a dummy (cover).
After reaching of the joint temperature it is switched over to the cooling function by a defined dwell-time , where the temperature, for example 40°C is inquired by the same sensing device.
The device is controlled subject to the activating- and cooling temperature and locked mutually so that safety of the process is guaranteed.
If there are fixed three tool holding fixtures at the table and only one of them gets occupied, the other ones have to be occupied with a dummy (carrier part).
For fixing of the tool plate a screen is fixed.
Since different geometries are activated, activation is effected by heated circulating air.
Change of membrane can be made by a quick change attachment.
